Ideologue
Most of what I know is borrowed from sources which are deemed credible by the majority of the crowd. My brain tells me to re-assess my beliefs, think of everything from scratch, and my eyes beg me to see for myself. But if I find something that I did not know before, that would mean I was ignorant about the said thing prior to knowing it. And I'm never ignorant.
Why use my own brain when greater people have used theirs? What's the point of understanding something by yourself, going through the process from the beginning, gaining actual experience like an ignorant being when you can just read something from somewhere and sound intelligent to other people? Isn't that what it's all about?
There might be things that the author of this book/article was not aware of at their time, maybe some variable has changed between the time this was written and now, but I'm pretty sure some book in some library has already said something or the other about this.
